Think of it like a phone call. The conversation happens — but we are not recording it. Our server logs only confirm that a request was made (timestamp and technical metadata). The content of your message is never logged or retained.
Google Gemini processes your message under Google own privacy framework. We recommend not sharing passwords, financial details, or sensitive personal data in your NAVI conversations.

HybridMATE is based in Australia. If you are joining us from another country — welcome. Your name and email may be stored on servers in Australia and in locations where our infrastructure providers operate. By signing up, you consent to this. We apply Australian Privacy Act standards as our baseline, with GDPR principles applied for European users.
If we ever change how we handle your privacy, we will tell you directly by email before the changes take effect. We will never quietly shift the goalposts. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
