Your thinking is yours. Here's exactly what happens to it — no fine print hiding anywhere.
We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone. We don't profile you, and we never use what you share with NAVI to target you with ads.
We don't keep your conversations. They live on your device. To reply, NAVI sends the conversation through our private proxy to Google's Gemini AI — and the proxy doesn't log or keep a copy.
What you choose to keep, follows you. Gold you star into your Vault, your handovers and your project names are stored under your account so they're there on any device you sign in on. We never read them, use them or share them.
Delete My Data means everything. One tap in your Vault removes your account, everything stored under it, your email-list record, and everything HybridMATE kept on that device.
HybridMATE is founded and built in Australia. If you ever have a question about your privacy, email us at hybridmatesystem@gmail.com. A real person will answer.
These are kept in your browser's own storage on the device you're using. They don't sync between devices, and we can't see them:
When you're signed in, these are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), under your account only:
Sign-in itself is handled by Firebase Authentication, which holds your email, your Google name and photo if you use Google, and when you signed up and last signed in. If you use an email and password, Google stores the password in protected (hashed) form — we never see it.
We use all of this only to run HybridMATE for you. We never read your Vault or handovers, and never use them for anything else.
Each time you send NAVI a message, your browser sends our proxy (a small server we run on Firebase):
The proxy passes this to Google's Gemini AI and hands the reply back. It doesn't log or keep the content of your messages — our server logs only record that a request happened (time and technical details).
We use Google's paid Gemini API, so Google doesn't use your messages or NAVI's replies to train its AI models. Like any provider, Google may hold them briefly to detect misuse, under its own terms.
Please don't share passwords, financial details or other sensitive information with NAVI.
We don't send your name or email to Meta.
Our pages also load fonts and code from Google, cdnjs and Meta, which means those services see your IP address, like any website you visit.
Tap Delete My Data in your Vault and we immediately:
Some things are outside our reach, so to be straight with you: files you've exported yourself (to your device or your Google Drive) stay yours; if you've used HybridMATE on another device, that device keeps its own conversations and SoulMATE profile until you clear them there; and Google and Meta keep data under their own policies. You can also email us any time and we'll delete it for you.
Australian users are protected under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Users in the European Economic Area have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email hybridmatesystem@gmail.com.
HybridMATE is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think this has happened, contact us and we'll remove it straight away.
HybridMATE is based in Australia. The services we use (Google, MailerLite, Meta) store and process data on their servers, which may be outside Australia. We apply the Australian Privacy Act as our baseline, with GDPR principles for European users.
If we change how we handle your privacy, we'll email you before the change takes effect. We'll never quietly shift the goalposts. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
