HybridMATE is currently in beta. This means the Service is still under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge that:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using HybridMATE, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for personal and professional productivity use.
During the beta period, access is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access links provided to you. You must not share your access with others or attempt to circumvent any access controls.
HybridMATE includes an AI assistant called NAVI. You understand and agree that:
HybridMATE, its name, logo, interface design, underlying systems, the Vault architecture, SoulMATE persona system, Gold system, and all related technology are the intellectual property of HybridMATE and its founder. All rights are reserved.
Content you create using the Service remains yours. However, by using the Service you grant HybridMATE a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
You must not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying systems of HybridMATE.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Your use of HybridMATE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
HybridMATE uses third-party services to deliver its functionality, including AI processing and cloud infrastructure. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. HybridMATE is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HybridMATE and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HybridMATE and its founder from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify beta users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
HybridMATE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. For users outside Australia, local laws may also apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
